This cake design is one of my most sought after designs. Let me tell you the backstory
A friend ordered for this cake from the UK and wanted it delivered to someone here in Lagos. It felt pretty straight forward but I had never worked with lotus drips before and I wasn’t sure if it’s consistency. Infact I wanted her to settle for just chocolate drips! But she said I should try it, and I did! The rest as they say “became history”
This happed almost 2 years ago and I have replicated this design quite a number of times. I faced an uncertainty and I did well!
