📖Text: Philippians 3:13-14

If you're still celebrating the victory of yesterday you have no victory today. Cast yesterday victory behind you and press forward.

The question is do you have plans for your personal growth.
It is easy for one to hope for a brighter tomorrow but hope is not strategy. One can hope things will change but without strategy it is futile.

God doesn't bring people up on life by magic-you must understand the principles of life management that sets people on the cutting edge in life.

You're your best assets, so invest in yourself and don't be a liability. Growth must be intentional, it doesn't just come it must be planned.

Without strategy for growth one may never go far in life- so sit down and grow.

It is not by how long you work that gets you the reward but by your growth process and the understanding of life's strategies.

The key to moving on and up in life is INTENTIONAL GROWTH.

~Growth is automatic
The process of growth is never automatic it is intentional. Stop waiting for the person you want to become, start being it now. What does it really take?

What kind of life do you want to live
What kind of person do you want to become
Just look at the picture of whatever success means to you.

The decision to take action is not action in itself

Don't be afraid to make mistakes

Motivate yourself

Move at your own pace, never compare yourself with another person.
