In many communities, plastic waste has become part of everyday life; affecting the environment, public spaces, and the quality of living around them.

Through Sahara Go Recycling, Sahara Group Foundation introduced recycling hubs designed to make waste collection more accessible, organised, and community-driven while creating opportunities for people to exchange plastic waste for cash. ♻️

What started as waste collection continues to grow into something bigger; cleaner communities, additional sources of income, and a stronger sense of collective responsibility around sustainability.

The impact is not only environmental. It is economic, social, and community-focused.

Across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, reflects sustainable interventions designed to reach over 30,000 people while continuing to bring energy to life responsibly.
