A new Bakery situated by Wemco road, Ogba is in need of a Supervisor for immediate employment
Job Description

·Ensure daily quota production of bread and other baked goods.

· Ensure daily quota sales of baked goods.

·Maintain clean work environment.

·Ability to operate various bakery equipment like oven, scale, spiral mixer, bread slicer etc

·Ensure all prices and labels are correct is a vital part of operations.

·Identify suitable market to generate sales

·Increase production and sales by 25% on a weekly/bi-weekly basis

Skills Required

·Team player and basic supervisory skills

·Sound mathematical skills

·Innovative and focused

·Ability to improve business processes

·Strong attention to details.

While the role of Bakery Supervisor requires some technical knowledge, it is a position that mostly revolves around soft skills. Hence, previous experience is a plus but not a criteria for employment as intensive training will be done for all employees.
