BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients:
200 grams pomade butter (blend at room temperature)
120 grams of sugar
280 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation:
1. In a bowl start by mixing the butter with the sugar. Remember that butter must be at room temperature in order to work well with it. We blend in pretty well.
2. Once mixed, add in the teaspoon of vanilla essence.
3. We continue with the sifted flour. We run the flour through a sinker before putting it into the bowl. We blend in pretty well.
4. Now it's time to shape them up. The easiest thing is to make a roll as you see below with the help of paper film and put it in the fridge for 1 hour or so. From there on, we'll be "cutting slices" of more or less 1 cm and baking them.
5. Put them in a cut oven tray and bake them at 180° for about 11-12 minutes. The moment we see the edges starting to gold we take them out. If you see that they are soft don't leave them anymore because I once made that mistake, when they cool they harden. So don't worry if you touch one and see it soft

FISH ROLL
Ingredients
1.flour(500g)
2.baking powder(1tbs)
3.margarine(200g/or to ur taste)
4.salt(levelled tsp)
5.nutmeg.(tsp)
6.milk flavour(4tbs)or liquid milk.any of ur choice
7.egg(optional)
8.lce fish(Titus)or any of ur choice
9 .seasoning cube
10.onion
12.pepper(fresh/grinded
13.oil
14.frying pot.
15. Sugar 150g
PROCEDURE
For the dough
1.Mix your flour,baking powder, salt,nutmeg,milk flavor together.
2.Add your butter and massage into the mixed flour till it's well Incorporated,and start adding your water (not hot water)bit by bit till u get a firm dough.cut the dough into desirable size.
For the fish
1.Season your fish with little salt and Maggi,boil a little till tender and removed from fire then 2.gently remove the bones from the fish and mash.
3.put your frying pan on fire,add a little oil, add your chopped onion and little pepper then add the fish with( curry and tyme if u want)fry a little and remove.
4.Roll out your dough on a flat board with rolling pin,you can trim the edges of your dough if you want to have a perfect fishroll.
2.Gently add your mashed fish at the beginning of the dough and roll till the end by using a little water/egg to hold/seal the edge firmly.
3.fry in a low but not very low heat till brown or to your choice.your fishroll is ready.

PRIMARY INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR BAKING ARE
FLOUR − It is the main ingredient used in baking cakes, pastries etc. Examples are self-rising flour, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cake flour, etc.
ESSENCE − It is an extract used for flavoring foods and baked food. Examples are almond, vanilla, lemon, rose etc.
MARGARINE/BUTTER − Margarine is made of refined vegetable oil, water, and milk.
BUTTER − Butter is made of processed milk.
SUGAR − It is used as a food sweetener. Give sweet taste to your baked food.
EGGS − They are used as leavening and binding agents and they can bring moisture in the cakes.
BAKING POWDER & YEAST− It is used as a rising/leavening agent that gives softness and fluffy texture to cakes and breads. The baking powder is white fine powder made of Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Bitartrate, and cornstarch. The yeast comes in two variants − dry and liquid.
COCOA POWDER − It gives its chocolate flavor to the food and baked food.
MILK− It is used for softening all types of batter, i.e, cakes, breads, cookies etc.
SALT− Salt is added into a batter of sweet baked food to balance the taste of Baking powder and sugar in it.
Flavor, food coloring, vinegar and Baking soda etc….

POUND CAKE RECIPE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️4 Cups all-purpose flour
◾️10 Eggs
◾️4 sticks of butter 2 cups of Butter
◾️1 Tbs Vanilla extract
◾️2 cups Sugar
◾️1 Tbs Baking powder
◾️½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
◾️½ cup Milk or dissolve 4 Tbs of powdered Milk in 1/2 cup of Water
🌟INSTRUCTIONS
◾️Grease your baking Pan with some Butter and dust it with some flour then set it aside
◾️Mix the flour, Baking powder and nutmeg in a bowl and set aside as well.
◾️Add 4 sticks of Butter (At room temperature) together with the sugar in the mixing bowl and cream it together until it’s smooth fluffy and creamy.
◾️Add the eggs one at a time mixing the Egg into the cream
