The client had already assembled his architect and structural team and invited us in as the interior design consultant. During the plan review sent to us, we realized that the initial exterior form was beginning to influence, and potentially restrict how the interior spaces could function.

Hence we took it upon ourselves to propose a revised exterior design. Our team worked collaboratively with the client’s team to review the structural plan and configuration.

This insight guided our decision to strategically refine the façade design, improving proportions, modernizing the architectural expression, and unlocking greater interior spatial potential.
