The weekend is officially over and the screen time reports are about to get serious again.

If you are planning to actually move the needle this week instead of just scrolling through fruit drama, here is your roadmap.

1. Delete that one game or "news" app that stole four hours of your life yesterday. If it is not making you better or making you money, it has to go.

2. Go into your settings and turn off notifications for everything except your bank app and your direct clients. You do not need a "ping" to tell you someone liked a photo from three years ago😏

3. Commit to ninety minutes of deep work before you even touch your social media feeds. Let the world wait while you build your own thing first (unless your business is online, no doomscrolling, get to work😏)

4. Check your balance and your goals for the month. We are almost at the end of April, and the data does not lie. Adjust your pace or change your strategy.

5. Pick one digital skill you have been "meaning" to learn and actually watch the tutorial today. Use the smartphone as a classroom, not just a television.

The goal for this week is simple: control the device so the device does not control you.

Clean the Lens: Physically wipe down your screen. You cannot see the future clearly through a layer of weekend fingerprints and jollof rice stains😉

Did you know, Nigeria is officially expected to add 32 million brand new mobile internet subscribers between now and 2030?

Yup!

That makes us the fourth-largest contributor to global internet growth on the entire planet. The only countries ahead of us are India, Indonesia, and China.

While some people are busy complaining about saturated markets, 32,000,000 Nigerians who have never been online before are currently getting their first smartphones. They are going to need content, they are going to need services, and they are definitely going to be looking for who to trust.

We are right in the middle of this wave. If you are not positioning your digital skills or your brand right now, you are literally leaving the biggest gold rush of our lifetime on the table.

The internet is not full. For 32 million people, the party has not even started yet.
