CX Homes Home Ownership Program

Hello People, this is 2018 and it's time to take the bull by the horn and get serious about owning a house/apartment or an investment property.

We are kick starting our Home Ownership Program this year by putting together a "property development and investment group"

Essentially, the group will be making regular joint financial contributions towards land acquisition in strategic locations while we work together as a group to access housing development funds for the construction of houses.

The purpose for the land acquisition is to build houses for group members to own while some housing units will be sold at a profit or rented out to earn rental income as a group.

There's an initial N500m housing fund available to be accessed for starters as a group and we have project sites that can be used to kick start the development.
