Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Salary: 700,000 (Net)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability.
Manage, mentor, and motivate sales executives/associates to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5– 7 years’ proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies in a competitive market.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
