HOW IT WORKS
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF HOW DIAMOND ACHIEVERS 2X2 AND 2X3 MATRIX / COMPENSATION PLAN WORK.
STAGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:FEEDER STAGESTAGE 1-BRONZESTAGE 2-SILVERSTAGE 3-GOLDSTAGE 4-PLATINUMSTAGE 5-DIAMOND
WHERE IT STARTS: FEEDER STAGE
You register with $35 (N7000); you will be given a position in the first matrix of the feeder stage. Next you bring in your first 2 referrals; you get $5 for each totalling $10 (N2000). Then to complete the matrix, either you or the first two referrals will bring in the 4 remaining referrals at the bottom of your first 2 referrals (2 per person). If you referred the next 4 persons, you also get $5 each making it $20. Therefore, for the 6 referrals, you get a total of $30 (N6000). For completing this matrix, you get in addition what is called a MATRIX BONUS of $5 (N7000). Therefore, your total earning becomes $30 plus $5, which is a total pay-out of $35 (N7000). At this point you would move to stage 1 (Bronze). Remaining Stages from Bronze (Stage 1) to Diamond (Stage 5). Once you complete the Feeder stage, you will be placed on Bronze (stage 1). Now as each of your down-lines joins you on Bronze you will be paid commissions as detailed in the breakdown of each stages in the compensation plan. When 14 of your down-lines are on Bronze with you. You will be paid a bonus andwill be qualified for the next stage (silver). In the same manner, you will complete all stages receiving compensations as shown at each stage. "Join us now on this pathway to Financial Freedom!" "Let’s be a diamond in your sky!".

STAGE 2-SILVER - (2×3)
At the silver level, any of your team member that joins you, you will earn $25 (N5000)
Total earnings $350 (N70,000)Matrix bonus = $250 (N50,000)

STAGE 3-GOLD (2×3)
You earn $35 (N7000) on each team member as the matrix fills up.

You refer 2 people who joins with $35 (N7000). Your 2 referrals earn you $5 each (i. e. N2000 for the 2 referrals) When you refer 2 or 6 you earn $10 (N4000 for 2) or $30 (N6000 for 6). Once your feeder is complete, you get a matrix bonus of $5 (N1000) and you move to stage 1 (Bronze)

At the Bronze level, you earn $10 on each of tour team member that joins you at this stage feeder
Total earning = $140 (N28,000) Matrix bonus of $100 (N 20,000)

STAGE 2-SILVER - (2×3)
