You need to know that CCs
• Bring out innovation & creativity that enhances balanced eating.

• It's is one of the best ways to learn important life skills for what we eat every day😁.

• Young Chefs learn to appreciate their own creative skills.

• CCs help participants understand world cultures, customs and flavours.

• Teaches young and adult Chefs early in life to know how handle constructive criticism towards becoming better in their choice skills.

• Helps them to learn life skills such as healthy eating, accountability, budgeting and cleanliness etc.

• Imbibe valuable life skills of a team-spirit in working with others

• Develop high value of confidence to present and speak about diverse recipes.

• Gain culinary skills they can use in their entire lifetime.

E - Judges need to know what respective Chef's original intent.
That is:
• Understand proper representation of category
• Proper cooking methods
• Proper balance of ingredients
• Ease-in eating the dish.

A - Firstly, judges view fully sized plate served for inspection. A putoff presentation instantly sends out a contestant.

T - Weighing heavily on scores in every CCs is Taste.
No dishes must taste too overpowering on any ingredients.
🍜No dish can be too bitter, too sweet, too sour, have odd texture or just not be balanced.

👩🏾‍⚖Judges get easily putoff by such lapses!
