WHAT DOES CONCRETE MIX RATIO 1:1.5:3 MEAN?
If you're casting columns, beams, or slabs, one of the most common structural concrete mixes is 1 : 1.5 : 3.
1 part Cement
1.5 parts Sharp Sand
3 parts Granite
In practical site terms, using one 50kg bag of cement:
1 bag of cement
3 head pans of sharp sand
6 head pans of granite
22 to 27 liters of clean water
