In Abuja, I was reminded of the importance of proximity to decision making spaces.

Moderating a conversation on food sovereignty and cross continental collaboration at AACIS 2026 brought together perspectives across government, finance, and development.

What stood out most was not just the urgency of the challenges, but the clear opportunity for alignment between Africa and the Caribbean.

These conversations are no longer theoretical. They are already in motion, with coordination, ex*****on, and sustained collaboration taking shape.
