A Data Analyst with over three years of progressive experience, she brings strong expertise in developing data-driven dashboards, analysing user behaviour, and supporting digital innovation through actionable insights. Her work is grounded in leveraging data to improve performance, optimise systems, and drive informed decision-making.

Oluwafunmilayo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and has built experience across data analysis and digital platforms. Prior to joining FATE Foundation, she worked with GSD Solutions and volunteered with The Grow Network, where she contributed to data-driven initiatives and learning platforms.

At FATE Foundation, she works closely with the Digital Innovation Manager to analyse data, generate insights, and support decision-making for digital products and projects.

She is passionate about leveraging data and technology to design impactful solutions across sectors including education, real estate, agriculture, and transportation.

Today we shine our volunteer spotlight on .mcmedal, founder of the Lagos Public Relations Industry Gala and Awards (LaPRIGA) and the Nigeria Digital PR Summit.
mcmedal is a transformational communications leader, strategist, publisher, and diplomat with over two decades of experience shaping public relations and integrated marketing communications in Nigeria and across Africa.

He is the founder of the Lagos Public Relations Industry Gala and Awards (LaPRIGA), the Nigeria Digital PR Summit and the co-founder of the MPIA Diplomatic Roundtable at the University of Lagos.

He actively equips entrepreneurs and communications professionals with the strategic frameworks, business skills and confidence to build sustainable careers and organisations in an increasingly competitive landscape.
mcmedal serves as a Member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), former Chairman of its Lagos State Chapter, and Vice Chairman of the Creative and Entertainment Group of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a member of ARCON, NIIA and the SPPG Public Leaders Network.

He volunteers as Facilitator and Course Director with the at FATE Foundation.
