VACANCY: REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Remote (Nigeria)

Employment Type: Contract (Retainership + Commission-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking driven, disciplined, and results-oriented Remote Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, can work independently, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

Compensation Structure

This role operates on a hybrid earnings model:

1. Retainership (Activity-Based KPIs)

You will receive a fixed monthly retainership based on meeting agreed activity targets, including:

Number of leads generated

Cold calls made

Messages/emails sent

Meetings scheduled

Physical visits (where applicable)

Consistent activity = Guaranteed baseline income

2. Commission (Performance-Based KPIs)

In addition to retainership, you will earn attractive commissions based on:

Deals closed

Revenue generated

Conversion rates

Higher performance = Higher earnings (no cap)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads through online and offline channels

Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms

Present products/services to prospective clients

Schedule and attend sales meetings (virtual or physical where necessary)

Close deals and achieve revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Provide market feedback and insights

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Access to a reliable internet connection and phone/laptop

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Activity KPIs (Retainership Qualification):

Daily/weekly outreach targets

Lead generation volume

Follow-up consistency

Performance KPIs (Commission Earnings):

Number of deals closed

Revenue generated

Conversion rate
