*THE TIME OF BEARING THE YOKE*

*Lamentations 3:27* _It is good that a man bears the *yoke* in his youth_

From the above heading and bible reference, yoke in this context is the submission under the will and control of the Lord, devout to discipleship to God and Christ and subject to His divine disciplinary dealings.
The yoke is burden unto us as disciples of Christ by our services to God, doing His will and being guided by Him.
*Matthew 11:29* _take my yoke upon you_
The scripture made us to understand that it is good to bear the yoke(submission to God's will and guidance) in one's youthful age.
The young age, when you still have the ability and physical strength to run with God's will or vision.
*Proverbs 20:29a* _The glory of the young man is his strength_...
Your glory as a young one lies in your strength by the mercy of God to accomplish his purpose.
Also, the peak times of seeking God and waiting on him is the youthful days, *Isaiah 55:6* _seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call upon Him while He is near_... I encourage us to serve God and submit to Him completely when we still have the ability or strength.

I pray that God will engrace us in order to begin to or continue to submit to his will and bear the yoke in service to God at our youthful age even unto the end Amen..🙏
