NO TO SPEC WORK!
Agencies should tow this line BIG TIME- you know how prospects (would/could be clients) and clients go on like they will like to test the waters before signing a contract?
In other scenarios, they call for 'PITCHES'- you go with strategy presentations, creative propositions and media management techniques and the client not only decides not to pay pitch fees or spec work fees, they also ultimately decide their is no longer a real need to employ an agency.
DUH!
