As I grow older, I have come to realize that money alone is not enough. Power is needed; money without power is useless. Without power, you are just an ordinary human being. Imagine yourself as a man or a woman married to someone you have no control over. Imagine yourself as a parent having a child you have no control over. You will feel useless. Human beings love to manipulate and control things, especially women. Women love to manipulate and control their husbands, while men also love to manipulate and control their wives. When the interests of both parties align, they become united by common interests as parents and impose their values and beliefs onto their children. That's when you start hearing, "I am your father, don't try me." "I am your mother, listen when I speak." It's all about self-interest. Everyone has an interest to protect, and if it doesn't benefit them, they will move on. Even those who mean well for you also have a hidden self-interest. There's no unconditional love in this world. It's called politics 😂 According to Aristotle, as human beings, we are all political animals.
