What is perishable and non perishable foods?

1. Perishable are those foods that are likely to get spoil, decay or become unsafe to consume.

Examples of perishable foods are as follows

1. Meat
2. Poultry
3. Fish
4. Fresh vegetable( ugwu, efo, water leaf and okro)
5. Fresh pepper
6. Salad vegetables ( cabbage, lettuce, carrot,cucumber)
