Some weeks back I saw an ambulance with flat tyre. In trying to fix a spare tyre, the driver had to bring out the stretcher to the road side. I thought about it and asked myself what would have happened if the ambulance was carrying a person in distress. Would they be brought out to the road side with the stretcher. I think we should have standard specifications for special vehicles like this to eliminate unnecessary risks.
