Try to remember that your face is a no touching (unless it’s to care for it), no picking, no scratching zone.

Not only do your hands deposit bacteria and dirt on to your face, constantly picking at spots and blemishes will only lead to scarring.

It’s bad enough trying to keep the spots away but making them darken and last even longer will only frustrate your skincare goals.
