From my experience as a $ex & Intimacy Coach over the years, I have noticed that couples usually choose to avoid issues in the bedroom rather than face them with courage, as they rightly should. Whether one consults a medical practitioner, an intimacy coach or a therapist for their specific relationship concerns, it must be done at the right time to prevent a rift caused by misunderstandings. 💔

If a couple is not able to perform $exually, it definitely implies that there is an underlying issue requiring immediate attention. I’ve seen quite a few clients of mine suffer from anxiety and depression because discussing their intimacy issues was not normalised and hence their concerns took a backseat. 🤷🏻‍♀️
