Day one at RENDACON, we took a deep dive into the realities of studio production with our workshop:
“Inside the 2D Animation Pipeline: Structuring Efficient Workflows for Studio Production.”
Led by our Animation Supervisor and Skills & Talent Acquisition Manager, the session went beyond theory, breaking down how real production pipelines are built, managed, and executed within a working studio environment.
RENDACON created the right space for these conversations, where practical knowledge meets curious minds. From emerging creators to professionals, the room engaged, asked questions, and left with clearer insight into how animation actually gets done at scale.
