🧩 *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour systems

Monitor and support pupil progress through assessment and feedback

Prepare lesson plans, reports, and learning documentation

Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Participate actively in training, meetings, and school activities

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

*Nursery Teachers*

Minimum of NCE / B.Ed

Training or experience in Montessori / Early Years Education

Strong understanding of child development

Warm, patient, and nurturing disposition

*Primary Teachers*

Minimum of NCE / B.Ed/ BSC +PGDE

Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy

Experience with British / Nigerian curricula.

Good classroom management and assessment skills

*For All Roles*

At least 1–3 years teaching experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace feedback

ICT literacy and openness to modern teaching tools
