1. We were engaged to verify the safety of Buying a Property in Ogun state. Earlier today we were there to inspect the property documents and vet the location and check the authenticity of owner’s intention.

The property was already agreed for N32Million knowing the value was worth more… on our way back, we decided to check the satellite imagery of the location and realized the closeness of and that was it.

2. Yesterday around 11:30pm , we branched at a site in Lekki to check if the Coordinate on the Survey is true and tallies with the true location of site.
Atimes, Some survey plans are deliberately or mistakenly put this way to mislead buyers.

3. An old diaspora friend to Mayor-Olabiyitan Olusegun our MD called that he was made to pay an unjust money and after narrating the whole story, he said “Many years ago when you did a Bill of Quantities for my project and it was about 70Million Naira, I ran away. I was inexperienced and thought it was on the highside. Now I know better that I can do thesame project in phases, rather than run away from a trusted individual like you. Now help me resolve this scalm.

Firstly, his new project was done without a survey plan, No Architectural drawings, No structural drawings, no documentation.

Luckily for him, he has between now and December 31st to perfect all that under Lagos State Amnesty.

Painfully, he was already scammed.

4. We have a client in the UK who has appointed OFC Surveyors to handle the transnation of buying a property for real estate Development.
Luckily for them, they are covered with us. We are only left with Documentation before financials.
