According to the Lagos State Government, through the office of the Surveyor General, wishes to acquint us with this information starting from 1st of January, 2024.

Due to the need to standardize the costing of cadastral Survey work, the introduction of cadastral survey practice in Lagos, The maiden Edition of the policy was reviewed in June 2007. While another review exercise was carried in April 2012, prevailing economic realities necessitated another review in 2017. it's has now metamorphosed with the provision of the 2024 policy of the cadastral survey work.

However, the present economic situation brought to the fore the ever growing gap between the renumeration for survey services and economic realities.

We would like to inform you that there has been a change in the survey fees for some of our Estates in Lagos State. The following estates are affected:

1. Treasure Island Estate Sangotedo ~ N2,000,000

2. Treasure island Estate Igbogbo Ikorodu ~ N1,000,000,

3. Treasure Homes Ilasamaja ~ N1,500,000,

4. Gold City Estate Ibeju Lekki~ N1,500,000,

5. Idera Treasure Estate Ibeju Lekki ~ N1,500,000,

6. Treasure Island Estate Akodo ~ N1,500,000, and

7. Treasure Island Estate Epe ~ N750,000.
