Great potential for an outdoor gym and playground for kids. 1004 Management doesnt care. Better to keep it ugly like that.

Mold on the wall. Almost every block, every floor. Mold is dangerous for human health if you leave in a place with it. Does the management know? What pains the most is that most of the flaws in 1004 can be fixed with very low cost. All we need is people to care more. #1004
