During L**e Oil Analysis of a 4 stroke engine using high sulfur fuel, the test result for Total Base Number(TBN) or simply Base Number (BN) showed 16.
This is a grade of oil that has a standard BN number of 30 when fresh but after about 30 days of usage the BN drastically dropped down to 16.
As a professional, what would be your conclusion and what would be your recommendations? 🧐🤔⁉️
