CREATIVITY IN ADVERTISING

Creativity is essential in advertising. It is the whole essence of advertising, starting from the planning stage to ex*****on and production stage. Creativity in advertising means creating advertisements or commercials that are different, unique, out of the ordinary, and that could solve problems about products, ideas, organizations or individuals.

Creativity in advertising entails how an advertisement message is communicated and what is communicated. Since advertising messages must fight to get through a wall of “clutter” before reaching consumers as a result of mass of advertisements (many with conflicting sales stories), plus audience indifference, skepticism and general fatigue, advertising creative teams must be effectively creative in creating and executing advertisements or commercials.
