Job Overview:
We're seeking a competent and experienced HR Officer to join our team in managing core HR functions and supporting organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
2. Development and implementation of HR procedures
3. Employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
4. Compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
