ICS Outsourcing Limited is recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading insurance company in Nigeria, is seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join their team as *Bancassurance Officers* to drive the sales of insurance products and services.

Location: Ajah, Ikoyi, Oniru, Broadstreet

Net Salary: ₦148,000 (plus commission)
Age: 35 years and below

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell insurance products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with the company’s expectations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, provide accurate information, and resolve any customer queries regarding insurance products.
- Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell insurance products to existing bank customers.
- Regularly provide feedback to the company on customer needs and trends in the insurance industry.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience working in an insurance company is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualification: B.Sc. or HND
