There isn’t a one size fit all answer for this question, but here’s the deal.

You don’t sell what you like and enjoy. You conduct a market survey, finding out what is needed and in the most demand. Then, you run through all of your skill, ability and talents, to see which can fulfill the market need; and that introduces you to what your business should be about.
