Our Hub Manager is mid-way through a rigorous 4-day onsite upskilling program, and the experience has been nothing short of immersive. From deep dives into ecosystem building to refining our operational strategies, this training is equipping us with the tools to further drive innovation and support the next generation of digital talent.

7 years of resilience. 7 years of impact.

Today, Mentor-Box Foundation marks a major milestone, it’s our 7th anniversary!

Our journey has been a tapestry of different seasons. There have been times when we worked loudly, launching accelerators, hosting innovation challenges, and celebrating the success of over 2,000 micro-entrepreneurs, youth, women, and persons with disabilities across North Central Nigeria.

We have spearheaded large-scale digital skills training and managed complex monitoring frameworks across the region. There have also been seasons where we worked quietly focusing on internal rebranding, strengthening our systems, and deepening our strategies for educational resilience.

Regardless of the volume, the mission never wavered. We have never stopped pushing for decent jobs, sustainable livelihoods, and the empowerment of our youth. From our early days to our current role in building human capital, every step has been about creating lasting change.

To our partners, our dedicated team, and the incredible community we serve: Thank you for walking this path with us. Your support has been the fuel for our innovation and the backbone of our success.

The 3MTT Community Kogi State had its first physical meetup, organised by Omachoko Arome our Super Community Manager as we call him. After an intense 12 weeks of learning it felt so good to finally be able to let our hair down, whine and dine and learn a thing or two from the very engaging sessions.

Our personal highlight of the day was the presentation of certificates to the best performing Fellows in Cohort 1.
