For many girls, access to menstrual health information and essential hygiene supplies can mean the difference between confidence and uncertainty. Through Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) sessions and dignity kits, Grow Strong Foundation is helping adolescent girls manage their periods with dignity, stay in school, and thrive.
