Why blame won’t restore power to Wadata... Abi, una think say the "Blue App" go change anything?

For the past few weeks, the "blue app" has been flooded with angry posts, heated comment threads, and endless digital finger pointing. The target of this frustration is the Jos Electricity Distribution Company Plc (JEDCO). It is entirely understandable, living without reliable electricity disrupts businesses, makes homes uncomfortable, and halts daily life.

However, it is better we should know that; while venting on social media might offer a temporary release for our collective frustration, it raises a critical question: Let me ask you all the Misters poters; Is posting "hullabaloo" online will actually bringing us any closer to getting the lights back on?

The short answer is "NO". If we want a permanent solution, the Wadata community needs to shift its strategy from public blame to constructive engagement. Blaming JEDCO won't work, rather we should focus on how we can actually resolve this crisis amicably.

The Wadata community needs a centralized, respected committee comprising community leaders, youths, and professionals. This committee will serve as the official, sole voice of the community in negotiations.

Before una begin the însûlt me😂! Let me state this clear, "The residents of Wadata deserve electricity, and the frustration currently boiling over online is valid. But the "blue app" will not fix our grids😋.

Let us retire the angry posts and defensive arguments. Let us instead organize, engage JEDCO leadership with facts and diplomacy, resolve outstanding local issues, and partner with them to bring back the light. Literally, "true community development happens on the ground, through collaboration not behind a screen".
