_*Firstly school clearance can be done in a random way but must be started at hod office after checking your result at secretory office or person in charge of result.*_
YOU CAN GET THE CLEARANCE FORM ANYWHERE IN SCHOOL BUT MOST AT TIMES, SOME DEPERTMENT USE TO ISSUE IT TO STUDENTS.

*THE FIRST COLUMN OF THE CLEARANCE FORM IS HOD SIGNATURE* which will come first before any other signature.

*After that it's DEAN of school.* Like school of business dean is Hod of OTM, that was last section.
So others will follow up
*DIRECTOR OF CEP*. This for those paying consultancy fee, u sign it at exam and record block, first floor. Opposite audit.

*POLYTECHNIC LIBRARIAN.* this is located at Palm Site, at library. But for this year not only library card is required but 3000(3k) is attached now for digital library.

*CHEF COACH*. The office is located at admistrative block 1(aso rock) he requires only your school iD card.

*HOD STORES*. This Is located at back off SLT OFFICE up school, besides union bank. They only request for matric receipt

*CHIEF SECURITY*. His office is located at same place with chief coach, required ID card as well.

*PRESIDENTIAL ALUMNI* office, they are located after Madu Ako towards SLT office by the right from main gate. They request alumni receipt at sum of 2500 paid at oko micro bank

*COORDINATOR NHIS* this is for medical, last one floor flack A, they Require two medical receipt

*BUSER*, they are at administrative block B, down floor. Different office according to your dept. They request for two school fees receipts, ICT receipt, and ICT certificate clearance receipt.

Then submission to exam and record block opposite audit.
