This is true in every way.

Lowering your price most times to retain a customer has never been the best option, I learnt the hard way sha but never again.

have you had such experience with a customer that priced your product/service extensively.

How easy is it for people to reach out to you?

Are you aware of the processes your customers go through before they find you?

Is it easy to contact you or navigate your website and buy from you?

Or you don't accept Dms, but you are on Instagram? Kolewerk o.

Making every touchpoint and process of sales seamless and convincing for your customer is one thing you should achieve as a marketer for your own business.

Personally, I believe a brand should be on atleast 2 platforms and at most 3platforms.

Except you have a team of social managers working for you.

But the essence is been able to lay a solid foundation on those few platforms, learn everything about the platform and conquer it.

Trying to be on every platform will only spread you thin, plus you don't have your audience hanging out on all platforms.
