BREAK THE SILENCE

🤫 A period is not a secret.
Why do we whisper about something that half the world experiences?

We need to talk about periods — in classrooms, homes, offices, and communities. Silence fuels stigma, and stigma isolates people.

It’s time to normalize menstruation and create a safe, inclusive space for all.

Let’s start the conversation. Loudly. Proudly. Now.

PERIOD PRODUCTS ARE A RIGHT

🚫 No one should miss school, work, or life because they can’t afford a pad.
Period poverty is real — and it’s unacceptable. Access to menstrual hygiene is a basic human right, not a privilege.

We must ensure that every girl, woman, and menstruator has access to safe, affordable products. No more shame. No more barriers.

💬 Let’s advocate. Let’s act. Let’s end period poverty.
