Communication is key, and generally, communication is all about understanding. Now as a team, one needs to understand the general communication of teamwork. There's something which I personally generated generally for people who team up with me(You can call it slang or code), it's what I describe as VLS meaning visual line of sight, it also works with the focus of what one is engaging or about to engage. You don't need to be together to hold hands because no matter how far away you are, if your teammate sees you choking and missing shots to a stubborn enemy, he could help you if only he has Visual line of sight(VLS) of you and your enemy, but if buildings and surroundings cover you leaving you to a total 1v1 then GGs.
