RESOLUTIONS REACHED AT THE END OF THE EMERGENCY STATE EXCO VIRTUAL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY APRIL 12TH 2022

Sequel to several foregoing discussions on the importance of convening Imo PPF Expanded Exco Meeting, The State Excos having held a wild consultation across the different organs of the organization, down to the LGAs, concluded such robust consultation by holding a state Exco Virtual Meeting, where the following issues were discussed and resolved as follows:

1. Imo PPF First 2022 Physical Expanded Exco Meeting will hold:

Date: Friday, April 22nd, 2022

Time: 1:30pm

Venue: To be communicated respectively

2. Meeting Organization: All State Exco Members will function in line with their offices.

ATTENTION:

Administrative Reshuffle

In view of the drive to reposition Imo PPF for effective impact, the following administrative rejigging will take effect:

1. Mrs Mabel Obiefu (Orlu Zone) formerly State Organizing Secretary becomes Imo PPF Welfare Officer

2. Pastor Victory Ashams(Okigwe Zone), formerly State Administrator becomes Imo PPF Director of Finance, Budget and Planning.

This administrative adjustments will take effect from today.

REPORT OF IMO PPF LEADERSHIP MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2021, AT IMO KITCHEN (SPLENDOUR HALL), OWERRI IMO STATE

The Leadership Meeting provided an opportunity for strategic evaluation of the organization's internal and external activities and the way forward. The below issues were deliberated upon and consequently decided:

1. LGA Chapters to be Made Active:
Following the long break, due to the just concluded ward and LGA congresses, PPF LGA Chairmen have been advised to fall back to the organization's programmes, activities, meetings and more importantly, continue to make PPF stronger at the grassroots.

2. PPF Okigwe Zone:
To consolidate the efforts made so far in setting up a visible organization in Okigwe Zone, Evangelist Okehie Onyekachi Justice has consequently been ratified to Coordinate PPF activities across Okigwe Zone zone.

3. PPF END OF THE YEAR PROGRAMME: The need to convene an end of the year Programme that will bring PPF officials and members together across LGAs was deliberated upon and a Committee was constituted to Plan and Execute Inaugural IMO PPF LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2021.

4. High Chief Charles Ogudoro from Aboh Mbaise has been nominated Chairman, Central Planning Committee of the Inaugural Imo PPF Leadership Conference 2021. Every LGA will nominate one person to serve in that Committee. The committee's terms of reference will be made public before the end of today, Monday, 11th October, 2021.

Notice: Adjustment of PPF Owerri Zone Expanded Exco Meeting

In line with the majority recommendations, the Expanded Zonal Exco Meeting earlier slated for Sunday, 18th July, 2021, will now hold on a new date:

Date: Tuesday, 20th July, 2021.

Time: 1pm

Venue: Imo Kitchen, (Splendour Hall), IICC, Owerri, Imo State.

NB: Tuesday 20th July, 2021, is a public holiday and seems to be most convenient.
