Client Care & Studio Assistant Wanted !

We are looking for a reliable and organized Client Care & Studio Assistant to join our beauty studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can handle both administrative and creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care
• Welcome clients warmly and assist them during their visit.
• Clearly explain aftercare instructions to clients.
• Follow up with clients after their appointments.
• Call and remind clients of upcoming bookings.
Communication & Scheduling
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and DMs promptly.
• Manage and update the booking calendar.
• Arrange weekly schedules for smooth workflow.
Content & Documentation
• Take clear before-and-after photos/videos of clients.
• Keep client records and files organized.
• Assist with preparing/posting content for social media (optional).
Office & Administrative Support
• Maintain a tidy, organized studio environment.
• Ensure supplies and tools are arranged and available.
• Assist with small errands related to the business.
Requirements
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic social media.
• Must be reliable, friendly, and presentable.
