As simple as the making of meatpie is, not everyone knows how to make a CRISPY and not SLIMY Meatpie.....

So I'm dropping tips which I have found useful and helpful over time from my experience.....

It has worked and it is still working for me....☺️

1. The amount of flour and butter used should be on the same ratio.

2. Do not over knead your meatpie dough(If possible avoid kneading) too much kneading makes a slimy dough.

3. Make sure your dough is soft and not hard.

4. Put your dough in the fridge for some minutes... It's helps for that crispy feeling.

5. Make sure you brush your meatpie with eggs before putting it in the oven..

6. Use cold water.☺️☺️

7.Brush again with egg after some minutes in the oven ....
