Waisted To Perfection
I worked on myself like a project; Going from size 16/14 to 6/8 in 5 months. Loosing 11 inches off my waist. I know how it works - @faithjob
When I initially started on the 28th of March (a day after my baby turned 1), i discovered I added 2kg while doing intermittent fasting ONLY. So I knew that that approach wouldn’t work for me in my current situation.
So this was my starting point (weight and body statistics) as at 26th of April, 2026
Bust - 39
Waist - 35
Hips - 45
Bicep - 14
Weight - 82.5kg

I ended up NOT using the Waisted To Perfection hunger block formula. I only used the green tea. Which helped to curb my craving especially in the morning. So I was able to do OMAD (One Meal A Day) on most days and maximum of 2 meals a day.
I did my cardio by either walking, jogging, HIIT, skipping or using a stepper. I used barbells, dumbbells and resistance band for my weight and strength training.

If I’m to judge myself as an actual coach, I would say I still have a poor sleeping habit and I’m stressed out most days. Coupled with the fact that I am still breastfeeding. All these can affect weightloss progress.
However, I’m super glad that I started this journey and the Lord has been helping me thus far.

Yesterday made it one month, and so I checked my weight and body statistics (that video will be posted before the end of today by Gods grace) but I must say, I am pleased with the result so far. We have a new weight guys 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽🏋🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️
Let’s see how Day 31 to 60 would be especially when i eventually stop breastfeeding.

My Son kept planting kisses on my cheek today. It was so cute. Even tho his presence during my workout makes me spend more time or have longer videos 🥲🥲
Day 27 into my postpartum weightloss journey… joined by my SonShine ☀️.

I didn’t jog today 🥲😢, but I did some form of cardio which I paired with an upper body strength training, 3 minutes of stomach vacuum, strength and weight training for my lower body.… Showing up everyday is part of this journey. So show up Mamas 😘🫂

We jogged, did 3 minutes of stomach vacuum, strength and weight training and it was a time well spent. Try to show up as much as you can mamas 😘🤗
