SAVE TO BUY LAND OR SAVE TO JAPA
Let me tell you something that happened in my office recently
A young guy walked in, very calm, well dressed, focused
He had already filled our inspection form for a property at Omagwa
So I thought he was ready to move forward
But when he sat down, he looked at me and said
Oga, I need your honest advice
Should I use my savings to buy land now
Or should I keep saving and use it to travel out
I smiled… because this is not a small question
This is the kind of decision that can shape the next 5 to 10 years of a person’s life
We started talking
He told me how he has been saving consistently
How he really wants to leave the country
But at the same time, he does not want to miss out on owning something here
Then he said something that caught my attention
What if I leave and come back to meet land prices I can no longer afford
