A huge thank you to our partners, Royal Ceramics 🙌
TFAIR 2026 wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible support of Royal Ceramics — proudly made in Nigeria. 🇳🇬
Their exhibition at the conference was a reminder of something we as architects often need to say louder:
World-class materials are being made right here at home.
From stunning floor tiles to beautifully finished ceramics, Royal Ceramics brought quality, craftsmanship and Nigerian pride to the exhibition floor — and gave our delegates something tangible to design with and dream about.
As a profession committed to shaping Nigeria’s built environment, partnerships like this matter. When architects and manufacturers align, we build better. Together. 🏛️
Thank you, Royal Ceramics, for believing in this vision and showing up for the profession. We look forward to seeing your work in the projects our members design. 💛

No suits. No podiums. Just architects being real with each other. 🧱✨
Day 3 of TFAIR 2026 belonged to the next generation — and they showed UP.
The NIA-YAF Hangout & Growth Circle, led by Arc. Adeleke Nadi FNIA, created exactly the kind of space young architects in Nigeria rarely get:
Build. Banter. Become.
We kicked off with Architects Unfiltered. No filters, no hierarchy. Just honest talk about the grind:
💬 “Are we underpaid or under-positioned?”
💬 “What skill has actually moved the needle for you?”
💬 “What’s your biggest growth challenge right now?”
Then the Real Talk Panel brought it home — young and senior architects trading stories about first big breaks, costly mistakes, and everything they wish someone had told them earlier. The audience jumped in. It got lively. It got honest. It got necessary.
This is what community looks like in the profession. Not just conferences — but spaces where young architects can grow into who they’re becoming, together. 🙌
To every young architect who showed up, spoke up and sat in a circle with a stranger — this one was for you. 💛

Day 1 of TFAIR 2026 is a wrap! 🏛️
We kicked off with powerful conversations on the Garden City, architecture as a tool for social equity, and what it truly means to build for people — not just structures.
From Prof. Napoleon Ono Imaah’s keynote on restoring Port Harcourt’s Garden City identity, to a rich panel bringing together architects, planners, engineers, lawyers and quantity surveyors — Day 1 set the tone for a conference that means business.
The built environment has a role in national development. And we’re here to define what that looks like. 💡
Day 2 tomorrow — Innovation, Technology & The Climate Economy. See you there!
