The Indigenous Igbos of Rivers State under the auspices of Indigenous Igbo Congress IIC have received with joy the invitation to participate in the maiden NDI-IGBO WORLDWIDE CULTURAL CARNIVAL Holding this year December 28th-30 at Enugu.
This is organized in partnership with Afro American and Caribbean Communities.
This will be the first of it's kind in Igbo Land. Get ready to attend.
