OTA UPGRADE

Please follow these steps if your Moreplex Decoder is stuck on System upgrade.

1-Remove lnb cable

2-Turn the decoder on and off until the system update screen is shown

NB* u can do this by plugging the power cable in and out of the decoder.

3-Press menu

4-Go to personal setting -click OK

5-Go to pointing - click Ok

6-Enter the following :
- *Frequency - 11481*
-Polarity Vertical
-45000

7-Turn *ON* force OTA upgrade

8-Now screw in the lnb cable (the bars showing strength and quality should be orange by now)

9-Press back *(once)*

10-confirm by pressing *OK*

11-Go to system update (just below pointing)

12-Click *OK* (once)

13- *Ensure* transponder is on *11481 V 45000* as well as *force OTA upgrade is ON*

14-Then press *Ok*

Your decoder should restart and start upgrading
