DEAR SENIOR PASTOR, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR ASSISTANT OR ASSOCIATE PASTORS

My heart goes out for young pastors, especially young men who are sacrificing the prime of their lives and youthful zest to serve in a ministry, only to end up frustrated and miserable in middle age.

Lately, a lot of young pastors from various ministries, especially within the age range of 20-early 30, meet me by divine direction for counseling. Majority of them are perplexed and exasperated, nay, dispirited and depressed due to their living conditions.

In Micah Chapter 17 verse 7-13, there was a young Pastor who resigned from ministry and became a shrine priest because he didn't have basic necessities of life.

The idol worshipper named Micah consecrated him to be the priest of his idol shrine and offered him the following:
-Shelter(house)
-Food
-Clothes
-Salary
These are basic necessities of life.
According to Abraham Maslow in his economic postulation, those are basic needs of man.

It aches my heart that thriving ministries allow their young agile men to wallow in depravity and squalor.

I am tired of hearing PROVE YOUR MINISTRY.

In the natural, a father would not want his biological son to go through the hardships he went through in life. For instance a man that couldn't go to school would send his children to expensive schools.

If it is believed that all truths are parallel, how come we as spiritual fathers(General Overseers and Senior Pastors), allow our sons who serve with us as Junior or assistant pastors go through excruciating pain to survive.

I believe in the lay ministry.

However, I equally believe that every ministry should take good care of its young pastors.

Don't send a promising young man somewhere with nothing whatsoever for missions work.

Greater works will demand that if you started that way, your sons will start in a better way.

If the work is prospering, let the workers equally prosper...Maranatha...
