Under the Law,Business Organizations in Nigeria are supposed to have a Public toilet for customers to use.
I have decided to bring up this against Mr Nsikak Jimmy who is managing Akwa Ibom Transport Company (AKTC).
It is a known fact that AKTC has really received patronage from all Akwa Ibomites because ado mkpo nnyin.
This patronage has taken Mr Jimmy to another height in life and as I am writing now,he is almost completing his own world class terminal which will be plyed by his own company "NSIK MOTORS".
Yours truly is one of the many Akwa Ibomites that loves travelling with AKTC and I have contributed in one way or the other in making the Brand a Success.
Now,how do this Company treat us? The Public Toilet provided in the premises which is suppose to be use freely by Customers of the Company has been turned to be another money spinning machine..You will be charge N50 to urinate and N100 to drop the other stuff.
My Question,is it proper that the Company charges its Customers? I stay in a one room apartment in my Father's Compound at Nwaniba Road,believe me,in the morning I stroll through Utang Street to Eemjm Hotel where I use the toilet freely.. sometimes,Oliver Tweest and Sammies always help too and I have never for once being harassed or asked to pay for using their convenience.. So why should AKTC be charging Passengers for using their Toilet?
How much is Nsik Motors returning to the State Government yearly?I doubt if it is up to N1m.
Please someone should please help me tell Mr Johnny to do the needful or handover the place to another company who will know how to treat its Customers.
