Requirements: -
• A clear understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
• A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
• Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects
• Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members
• Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved
• Strong telecom managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills.
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years proven working experience as a technical project manager in an IT, Telecom Industry.

*Min 5 years’ experience in telecom related companies.
*Has proven experience in 2G, 3G and 4G deployment and configurations.
*Has proven experience in BTS, site build, modernization and other Infrastructure activities.
*Has good knowledge in Multi-vendor environment ( Nokia, Huawei, E// and ZTE )
*Has good experience in Fiber Optic Deployment, Testing and project management.
*Good communication skills and committed to his work.
*Very good in Microsoft office (Excel, world and presentations)
*Has knowledge in IT and networking infrastructure.
*Has a team work spirit to manage a team efficiently.
*Know how to manage project budget cost and risk.
*PMP certified is an advantage.
